Customer Support Executive
The Customer Support Team are responsible for working directly with our customers - those who book the spaces. These are an amazing collection of community groups, from karate clubs to language schools. You will provide a mixture of email and phone support to resolve their problems, as well as some project work around customer communication.
Community Connectors
Our Community Connectors are the backbone of our business. We hand-select each Connector and look for traits such as - polite and articulate, timely and agreeable, presentable and reliable with a high level of attention to detail. This is because we aim to create the perfect welcome on behalf of our school and also to navigate a thorough open-up and lock-down check list for every hire.
